Update # 2 has been out for a few weeks now. We lost power and apparently in this case the phone loses its programming. Both my mother and my mother are not working now. Who really has time to reactivate a phone every time the power goes out? Thanks and no I'm sending it back and looking for something more reliable that doesn't require me to call customer service every week. Otherwise I was very happy with the phone.
