This car mount is exactly what I was looking for. I have previously purchased a mount with one of these metal flex rods. However, I found that learning the roads I drive wasn't enough. This mount is amazingly secure from mug to arm to phone mount. The suction cup is not only a suction cup, but also a good adhesive that helps to fix the suction cup to the windshield. If you just want to use an adhesive pad, they also have one (included!). The pad feels very sticky and would probably work great on the dash. Then moving on to the arm, he has one arm that moves up and down at an angle and then another adjustment that lengthens the arm. Super customizable. Then the actual phone mount. This mountain is incredible. You simply place your phone in the mount, which presses the center button that clamps the two side arms. Oh, and that bottom tab? He moves! This means you can get it working with many phones and still be connected to charge! You can also adjust this mount as it is mounted on a ball that can be tightened to keep it in place. The phone is then simply released with one hand by pressing the two side levers and the phone is in your hand. Overall this is the perfect phone mount and exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommended!
