Prevents fogging and irritates my eyes and makes them sting for the rest of the day. When I used it exactly as directed, I found that I couldn't use it while wearing contact lenses and my eyes burned terribly for about 5 hours after swimming. Before I knew it was an anti-fog spray I used it several times and ended up with red and very irritated eyes. Even people at work asked me if I had conjunctivitis. (I haven't.) I don't have very sensitive eyes. Use with caution as it works well for most people. Some of us are not so lucky.
