I don't want to be stereotypical, but these Asian shirts are clearly made for people shorter than the typical lanky American. I'm 180 pounds, 6ft 0" tall and wear 34W34L pants for most things. I wear modern, mid-length army pants. I hope this gives you an idea of my measurements. Knowing they are definitely cheaper and there isn't much control over their fit (they specifically state something like +/- 3cm of construction) I should just go for a regular loose fit. I wanted a big one. It fits 2XL in Asian size. It's okay, after all it works, right? Oh no. The shirt has the typical relaxed fit I would expect but like most things like this they really aim for a really big size that fits, um, corpulent guys. You overestimate the WIDTH of the cut but not the length. The shirt fits loosely, which is fine, but the sleeves are noticeably shorter. Approximately 2.53 inches. As a result, the pockets on the elbow pads (which I would rather do without) are too short. Likewise, the width of the shoulders is slightly less than the slim size. I think I can roll up my sleeves but I might just buy the short sleeve version. Otherwise the stitching seems normal, but there is just one stitch almost everywhere. The zipper also requires careful handling. airsoft? yes no worries Minuteman Citizen Kit? No, buy a surplus and trade AKU or Multicam, etc. OD all in one tone, different from the picture.
