The right tool for the job!

After receiving this excellent Lucky Cook sushi knife for Christmas, I was dying to try making my own sushi at home. The experience went great! After watching many videos on how to make sushi and the importance of having the right equipment, I now fully understand how correct this suggestion is. The Lucky Cook knife was beautifully packaged and looked very impressive. It's so incredibly sharp and very well balanced. I've been making spicy tuna rolls and this knife made shredding the tuna easy for me. It took so little effort to quickly turn half a pound of tuna into finely chopped pieces. Rolling the sushi was made easy, and where this knife really shined was cutting the rolls into bite-sized pieces. The length and sharpness of this knife really made slicing the buns a very easy process. Only the weight of the knife with its finely ground edge made pulling the blade through the sushi quick and precise. As a sushi newbie, all I can say is that this knife turned what seemed a very intimidating experience into a very enjoyable one. and delicious experience! It's true that having the right equipment for the job is paramount, and when it comes to preparing sushi, you certainly won't be disappointed with a Lucky Cook sushi knife.
