As many others have pointed out, initial assembly is a challenge. However, after the first time, I found tricks to assemble it in about 5-10 minutes. Although it comes with a nice case, I don't want to tweak much. The results you get are excellent. Nice even light. I only used white material but it gives a nice even soft light. As a person very rarely has an assistant holding a reflector, this affected the quality of my portrait shots. There are workarounds for the limited angle it will go to. Most photographers can see how to install additional ball heads, mounts, etc. to rotate them 180°.
