The cable didn't work too hard or pull in
I bought this cable in January and installed it a few weeks ago. When I first took it out of the box, I noticed that the braided cable was very stiff. The sheath was also very rigid and inflexible. After installation, the cable did not retract and my 2004r layer was unstable. I swapped a 2004r with PowerGlide for my 1962 Impala and was interested in customizing this cable. It did not work. I wish I had tried earlier, now it's too late to go back. I think the $35 lesson learned. Then I got the Teckpack K77978 cable and it worked great. I would not use this cable.
