Review on 🐱 Wellness CORE Signature Selects: Premium Grain Free Wet Cat Food with Shredded Real Meat in Healthy Gravy Sauce by Sally Willyard

I have been feeding this to my cats for many years and they love it. That all changed, however, when Wellness changed its packaging and reportedly shifted its food production from the US to Thailand. When production moved, something changed in the food and my cat's droppings changed from solid to liquid diarrhea. I realized something had changed in the formula so I tried to wait but her poop was still runny so I ended up switching to a different brand of cat food. As soon as I switched to another grain-free product that the company makes here in the US, her stool immediately became rock hard again. The only reason this product gets two stars is because the food was amazing in the years before the change, but I would give this food one star or no star just based on the last few months.
