This is the second time I have bought this brand of ink for my HP470 printer. The cartridges worked perfectly the first time. The second time, both cartridges stopped working about a week later. The printer started recognizing them as non-HP cartridges. I followed the instructions that came with the cartridges which said to clean the chip with the cloth that came with it, but that didn't work, nor did resetting the printer. Very disappointing as it would be cheaper and less complicated to use the originals despite being a lot more expensive. It looks like you get what you pay for. I don't know why they worked the first time and not the second. Custom-made products are possible. Unfortunately I have just passed my return deadline.
