I have a decent beard but it has taken some effort to grow my hair and make it thicker. I had a few other oils that I used as well as skin rollers and when I saw this beard grooming kit - beard growth massage tool I decided to give it a try. Basically, I like the set. It's not perfect, but overall a good set. Firstly, it comes in good packaging, perfect for a gift. It is glued well, so you can rest assured that it will be a good gift. Included in the set: 1. Beard hanger. I don't use this item so mine is in the drawer. But this is similar to the other one I have in the kit and it works pretty well. Good addition. 2. comb. It's beautiful, looks good and does a good job of taming my curly beard. 3. Skin Roll. For me, that's the weak part. I've come to the conclusion that the skin roller is the main reason I've been able to thicken my beard and stop/slow hair loss. I've been using the skin roller for many months now and with or without the oil my hair has come back. I'm NOT an expert, so do your own research on skin rollers. But for me it doesn't work at all. He has too few rows of needles, they are too scattered and too few needles overall. As I rolled my face - both the skin and the beard area - I felt almost nothing. In my personal experience, this doesn't help me at all - it won't pierce the skin like it should. I have very sensitive skin so I'm very careful, but there has to be some element in there to stimulate growth and for me it's not. I have already thrown it away and continue to use others. 4. Having just had surgery, I still go back to washing - that's why I haven't used beard wash yet. It smells nice, but until my doctor says yes, I can't try anything I don't know. my surgical incisions. If it's like a balm and an oil, then at least it should be decent. 5. Growth Oil. I haven't used this oil long enough to know if it works. However, the reality is that you can't tell which element will work unless you really have control over the elements (with or without a skin roller, etc.). I swear by derma rollers now because I know I've seen growth WITH and WITHOUT oils. I can't say the same for oils. So I chalk it up: I like it for the smell. As mentioned, I have VERY SENSITIVE skin and need to be careful. This oil doesn't bother me, the smell is quite light, my wife likes it, it doesn't suffocate me, it doesn't harm the skin. Along with my sensitive skin, I'm very sensitive to smells and that's okay. 6. Balm. As long as I like it My wife likes the light scent again and it doesn't bother or hurt my skin. So with that I totally agree. All in all, this beard grooming kit - beard growth massager is good and I love it. Some items aren't worth it to me, but the ones that are good. I think things like that come down to personal taste. But for my taste this is a 4 star product to use.
