I bought a house with a shop whose shop definitely had problems with the foundation, big cracks in the concrete floor. One of the cracks was in the middle of the floor where the tailgate fell off and was very uneven, causing water and debris to seep under the door on both sides. I bought this to see if I could sand enough surface in the area to allow the door to close with a bottom seal. My door is 9 feet wide and I removed material about 7 feet of that width and quite a bit in the top center, this disc cut through it very quickly and with very little effort. It doesn't look like I'll be using the HDD and I see that I'll get a lot more use out of it in the future. I can give my recommendations for this as a great tool that will get the job done.
