BROKEN after wearing once for 2 hours

My son really liked these shoes but the adjustment thread that makes them comfortable or lost has come loose and they are impossible to fix. Such a bummer that it happened after the first use :-(

Pros

Good quality, definitely can last more than a year

Cons
