Large size swimsuit is perfect for my 5ft 7in height and 150lb weight. The sleeves, body and legs are extra long so it fits taller than a man, but I didn't experience any sag, just freedom of movement. A medium size might have worked, but I'm happy with it the way it is. Bought to protect me from the sun while swimming, it does the job. I also went camping (after swimming).
