Not for EcoDiesel with oil separator

Seems to be of decent quality but if you have an EcoDiesel and use an oil separator you can throw away this filter. As soon as I installed this filter, I started getting crankcase ventilation shut off codes. I think the sensor detected an airflow/pressure drop due to the filter and gave a code. Perhaps this code would not have appeared if I had not used a trap (additional resistance and longer pipe path for gases). code stopped. Just food for thought if you're using Hook on 3.0. This filter appears to be more restrictive than the other filters.
