I've had 2 of these and they work great. Powerful, strong and reliable, but both started dying after around 1.5 years and had to be replaced by the 2 year mark as they could no longer hold a charge long enough to cut their hair. I've used mine on my head and face, averaging one use every 2 weeks. They both lasted about the same, which isn't bad, but I hate the idea of throwing things away after 2 years, especially things with toxic batteries etc. So I went with a different brand this time.
