Small is an understatement
The boots are cute and good quality but the fact that they run small is putting it mildly! My daughter wears a 12 so I ordered 2 from previous reviews of the small sizes. They just fit her and unfortunately we needed them for the next weekend show and had to keep them. We all know how fast children's feet grow. Pay attention to high boots for children. MUST work on a size chart to help us parents who are spending a fortune on these young riders!
