This dustpan is amazingly durable. I wasn't sure I would like it for fear that it would be a little flimsy when assembled. Although I didn't have to worry. It assembles quickly and is just long enough for me to stand up and scoop (I'm 5ft 7in) without stooping or stooping. The scoop itself (the part that sifts) is also a good size and light. You can get a very deep shovel and it shakes well. Dirt easily passes through the slots while solid particles stay in place. I get a lot more solids out of this shovel than my old one, so overall it gets the job done quicker. I love that my nose is no longer in a box. No more inhaling dust clouds from the garbage while shoveling - that fully justifies the entrance fee here. Things I wish could be better: This is personal to me, but I wish the grip was ergonomic. I have a carpel tunnel in both hands, and the amount of litter it can collect is impressive, but also tough. My hands can't do it on their own for several days. It would also be nice if he had some sort of box or container for storage, like a toilet brush holder. Everyone needs a toilet brush, but nobody wants to see one in the bathroom. Overall I am very impressed and glad I took them. I'm also mad at myself for not doing this in a long time! I've been scooping boxes with a little shovel for six long years! 😂
