TOO easy to assemble. What does that mean? Nothing screwed, nothing, instructions in the box, even if I didn't even have to read them. racks? You just have to put it in the holes that are attached to the metal post (?). But that was the problem. When I only had the bottom shelf because it was TOO easy to put together, it was SO easy to pull it back out. It took me 5 minutes to put everything together but the first rack took 4 minutes. It kept falling apart and it was a lot of fun. But it's learning and I love it. I also think it's good that the surface is large enough for a men's shoe size, I think up to size 12 as my measuring tape tells me. I wanted to get creative and use the original shoe rack I had with me. After successfully assembling the whole thing, I removed the bottom piece (yes, the one that took me 4 minutes to make), put it upside down in the hole (the rack goes bottom-up! upside down, but that's in Order .). I was then able to put it on another shoe rack. I tied them with a zipper to secure them. Now I have a beautiful 7 tier shoe rack.
