Great knife and good value for money
Wüsthof knives are fantastic. These knives are probably a one-time purchase (unless you find a way to destroy them). Do yourself a favor and buy these knives. One thing is worth mentioning. Watch your fingers! These things are bloody sharp (scalpel sharp) so you MUST be careful with them.
