These lamps have lighting problems. I originally bought them to place on a tree but found them to be too big for our 7ft tree. They are about 4 inches long. Instead, I decided to hang them on the front window. The figures are indistinguishable when illuminated at night from more than 3 feet due to the length of the figure and the short light. The upper part is overexposed while the lower part remains dark. Perhaps a longer light that could illuminate the whole figure would have been better. Since these figures are just gliding through the light, I think I'll try to save them and try them on other fairy lights. I would not recommend these.
