The size is for a large dog not a small dog/puppy
This collar is advertised as a puppy collar for small dogs. My dog weighs 20 pounds which is almost twice the size of his neck. These collars are designed for very large dogs. Was so happy to receive this package but deeply disappointed with the incorrect sizing advertised.
