Absolute will make you lose inches! If done right! Make sure you read ALL the instructions as I made the mistake of reading some of them and not leaving the bandage on long enough for 4 bandages. I figured you should only wear it for a few hours at a time (this is for the first wrap only). I highly recommend you wear them for 8 hours if there is no reaction to the wrap. Since I'm busy most of the day, I only wear it before bed. Yes, the smell of seaweed isn't very attractive, BUT if you're serious about losing your body an inch or more, this is the way to go!
