I was looking for a longer coat/jacket to wear at home, in the car and at work. My thick "snow coat" was too bulky to ride in, and my short NorthFace fleece wasn't warm enough or long enough. This coat/jacket is perfect for what I was looking for. I live in southern New England and our winters are pretty cold. This is not a winter coat. It's good for fall or spring or for commuting between cars. I wouldn't wear it to run long distances outside when it's below 30 degrees. It is pleasant to the touch, quite soft and comfortable. As others have said there is definitely something wrong with the wrist cuffs, they are huge! It's a bit like a kimono sleeve. I think it would be good if I wear thick sweaters underneath, but it's a bit weird. The price was good and the delivery was great. I'm writing this review and my delivery says I shouldn't receive the jacket for another 2 weeks. I received it in about 4 days. As it was shipped from the UK I find that rather surprising. The fit corresponds to the supplied size chart. Oddly shaped sleeve aside, this is a pretty good jacket if you buy it for its intended purpose.
