The chair is very attractive, assembled in minutes, comfortable in a short time. I admit - I love it! However, it offers ZERO support and how they call it ergonomic is beyond me. The seat is very deep from front to back. I am 5ft 7in and cannot sit with my back to the back of a chair. The armrests of the chair are a few inches below my elbows, which makes them purely decorative. After using this chair for 3 months, my lower back almost shot through. I've spent the last two weekends sleeping on a hardwood floor, mega-dosing Aleve, and trying to beat the pain. I bought a Tempurpedic lumbar brace and it didn't help. Not enough support or thickness unless I roll it tight - which is what I'm using now. I would buy it again - probably. It's an attractive chair and by the way big enough to fit me and two small dogs (approx 5lbs and 10lbs) which was a big plus! puppy nails. At the slightest sign of back pain, leave it and don't come back until the pain is completely gone. This slight discomfort can quickly turn into debilitating pain. If you sit for a long time, you should stand up instead. I bought a desk stand that raises my laptop 14 inches above my desk. Alternating between sitting and standing helps a lot.
