The Rii Mini has a lot to offer all troubleshooters. I was very surprised at the overall quality and functionality of this system. The keyboard itself feels good, all keys work (unlike many "soft" style mini keyboards I've tried), and the wireless data started working as soon as it was plugged in. I like that she is. Integrated trackpad and also includes left and right mouse buttons for full functionality. Since my use of this keyboard involves limited range transmission, I can't speak to the range issues that others have mentioned. I've definitely seen this issue with other, more expensive wireless devices. As for dissatisfaction, the only thing that comes to mind is that I would like the manufacturer to take into account the overall dimensions of the device when choosing connection cables for accessories (I mean the mini-USB connector). Often the tiny nature of the product is compromised by large, bulky cables poking out the sides. But you can't have everything, so I'm really glad I found something like this at a price point that makes solving a technology problem compelling for someone in an unfamiliar situation.
