I would give this ink ZERO STARS if I could! I was happy to receive the ink pack and it had more ink cartridges than I thought it would. But none of that matters if the ink doesn't work and I've lost many hours of work because of it! My printer was working great until it was time to change the ink. First I replaced yellow, magenta and cyan. All were low. Nothing printed. Just blank pages. Several small colored squares printed during service. Tried replacing black. Nothing. Empty pages. Also, this ink leaks out of the cartridge and makes a mess the first time you remove the nozzle cap! The description says it is compatible with my printer. The cartridges fit, but they're not even the same size or shape as the originals, so I'm wondering. Used with my brother MFC-495. ZERO stars!
