I'm 5ft 9in, 155lbs 34D with no butt. I usually wear jeans in sizes 6-8. In length it will obviously be a short leg, that's done. I pondered the reviews for a while before deciding on the large and now that I tried it on I realized I should have gone for the medium. more boxy than in the picture but that can be solved with an iron on the straps or a quick hem on the inside and should be fine. Double twisting the leg improved the look, but again I was expecting a bit of a taper. if the style is right. Would also be a good soil for mural painting or gardening. The fabric is linen so they are stiff rather than soft but I was expecting that. I agree. EDIT: Received a medium size today and it fits much better. I also wanted to add that there are front buttons, but obviously not real ones. It's not just one seam, so it looks a little more convincing and sophisticated than some other garments that only have one seam and buttons. In general, it's suitable for gardening, crafts, painting, etc. I probably wouldn't wear it as a fashion statement, but it's just because of my shape. End.
