If you are looking for a basic phone with good speed dialing and general features, this phone will meet your needs and its price and performance will be good too. The feature that caught my attention the most has been rendered useless due to poor design. When using a headset, the mute button is useless as it disables the speaker and microphone. This completely negates the usefulness of the additional RJ11 conference jack. I've tried various workarounds to get my Jabra wireless headset working. None succeeded. Very disappointed as the extra RJ11 jack was the reason I bought it.
