Does not work with Verizon Fios One

It's a neat little device. However, if you want to use it with a Verizon Fios One and have both 4K and 1080p TVs/monitors powered on or connected at the same time, the Verizon Fios One box will default to the lowest resolution of the connected devices. If you only have 4K connected, Verizon will stream in 4K and the router will stream 4K to any 4K TV/monitor. I spoke to Verizon tech support and they won't let you drop the Fios One box and set it to constant 4K output. The zoom out feature on this device is useless with Verizon Fios One. They cannot deliver mixed TV definitions. If the manufacturer of the matrix device allocates an HDMI input for 4K and an output for 4K and returns this input relay to the source, everything is in 4K, Fios One Box remains in 4K mode. The device would then have to prevent talkback on the other three HDMI outputs for monitors with mixed resolutions. Then the downscaling is applied. The Verizon Fios One is very limited in terms of which third-party devices can be used with the TV or the internet. We can no longer use our more powerful Wi-Fi router because it disables the features of the new Verizon system.
