After researching a number of backup cameras, I used the following criteria to choose a camera: larger monitor, waterproof camera, bluetooth range and price. This camera met all of the above criteria and was purchased for use in the back of my caravan. The digital camera arrived in about 1 week and included various electrical installation options. The company also offers written installation guides, as well as web links to how-to videos, which have proven very helpful. The camera system was pre-tested (prior to installation) with a cigarette lighter monitor adapter and the camera connected directly to the car battery. When the system was activated, the camera and monitor were automatically paired. I was very impressed with the picture quality and amount of monitor settings available on this system. After confirming that the system was working properly, I proceeded to install the camera on the back of the caravan. The rear center marker light was removed from the trailer, the bracket was used to mount the camera and the camera was connected across the trailer marker lights. A second test was performed and the camera did not work. Camera tests performed on video. The camera still didn't work. I emailed the company, explained the problem and they suggested some additional testing. Those tests didn't work so I messaged them again and they offered to swap out the camera. A week later a new camera came, it was checked and installed. Performance is exceptional: video clarity on the monitor is excellent, and there were no signal dropouts when the distance from the camera to the monitor was more than 10 meters. I highly recommend this product. I was very satisfied with the customer service from this company. They were quick and helpful with my concerns and stayed with him to ensure it was resolved.
