Get confused easily: Hair care

I liked it at first. I am a licensed esthetician and am always trying new products for clients on a budget. I have 2 packs or these in different colors. After the first wash they were ok, after the second wash they got tangled easily. I ended up giving them a Brazilian blowout to try and help but to no avail. I was so sad I only had 5 weeks of this :( I will still only buy professionally sold and also recommend to my clients.
