This posture corrector is amazingly improving my posture! It keeps my back straight and my shoulders pulled back which is exactly what I need. I am very happy that I finally invested in something to correct my bad posture. I wear it for about an hour in the morning and about an hour when I get home. In less than 8 days, I've found that when I'm not wearing it, I naturally sit up straight. and when i wear it i don't even notice it. A friend took a picture of me sitting "naturally" a few weeks before I bought it, and took a picture of me a week after I started wearing it. Wow!
