Our home has an upper floor with heavy doors: 3 bedrooms and a laundry room. We wanted to hide the laundry room french doors and make them look like a wall so the stairwell wouldn't look so cluttered with doors. These hinges definitely did their job. While I wasn't entirely happy with how well the laundry room doors blended into the wall, it had more to do with my contractor than those hinges. Properly installed doors function smoothly with no visible external hinges. Just make sure you order the quantity you need - I assumed there would be 4 loops per order, but that's not the case. I was a little surprised at the price and wish they were a little cheaper but as they were only needed for this one door it was fine.
