I've tried many protein shakes and this one tastes the best. Tastes like brownie batter! Although I will say it is important to use a blender. Otherwise, if you try to just stir it, at least in my experience, it gets very clumpy and doesn't mix well. I haven't noticed any stomach issues or bloating, and I also like that the portion is packed with vitamins. Now I drink it post workout and even my boyfriend (who doesn't really like protein shakes) joins in every time I make it. This is how I make mine in case anyone is interested! 1/2 cold banana2 1 measuring spoon of powder 1 cup of vanilla soy milk 1 measuring spoon of vital protein collagen 1 tablespoon of peanut butter = approx. 35 grams of protein :) PS – I used to only drink it with water and it still tasted delicious. The above recipe makes it taste more like a cocktail!
