The best inexpensive knife I have ever seen and so attractive!

I've been in need of a new "carving knife" for a long time, but I don't like the prices of some popular knife brands, I'm sure most can understand. So apparently I reached out to Revain and lo and behold I stumbled across this. After reading the reviews and seeing the design, I was sold. My first impression of the knife was how beautiful the blade design was and how clean the Japanese steel looked! The handle is also very comfortable and has an impressive wood finish. In use, this knife is extremely durable. I use it for everything from cooking vegetables to thinly slicing steak after cooking. I recommend sharpening it as soon as you get it, but it's pretty standard. In terms of value for money, this knife is second to none. I plan to order more products from Levinchy after being impressed with the quality, durability and price of this amazing chef's knife.
