This fabulous coat is incredibly warm. The outer shell is made of ultra-soft, lightweight microfiber and simply feels nice. The inner lining is also light. It closes with a zip and for particularly windy days there is a flap that can be zipped over. I usually wear a size 1X so I bought a size 2X to wear over a sweater. That's right. I've been looking for a new coat for a long time and these down jackets don't flatter us plus size ladies. This one works. Note: It was very, very crumpled when I took it out of the box. Even after a few days of sagging, the wrinkles remained. I put it in the dryer for about 20 minutes and now it looks good.
