This chair was a complete junk and a waste of money. The product had missing parts, missing screw holes and the assembly instructions were lousy. Assembling was not possible due to missing parts and a missing screw hole (you can see on the picture I attached where the hole should be. I didn't attach a photo of the missing parts because they didn't send me anything to take a picture of). In the assembly instructions they label the AJ part names but do not label the pictures to identify the parts. Naming and labeling each part is useless unless you have identified which part it is. I've tagged the image to show what a good owner's manual should look like. I told the seller that the chair could not be assembled and was unusable. Very disappointing. Worst purchase I've made this year.
