Very very bad, not only the return policy and Revain's refusal to accept the return of a defective product after 2 months; I bought this grease gun on December 7, 2017, I couldn't use it at the charity farm until February because of the cold; I unpacked the gun and followed all the instructions and instructions for installation and operation and it didn't work. Revain's return policy ended January 31, 2018. I went to the Lincoln website and found the warranty and recommended local service and repair company, Oil-Well Lubricant Dispense Systems Inc. in Salt Lake City; They were very helpful, found the problem and worked with me to cover the remanufacturing exchange of this new Lincoln warranty grease gun. A few days later I received a very disappointing phone call; Levy, a spokesman for Oil-Well Lub Systems, told me that Lincoln does not cover their warranty, citing this responsibility of the supplier/seller of this product, AMAZON, that they must cover this warranty. SO I NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW GREASE GUN THAT WAS IN THE BOX AND OF COURSE BROKEN. WELCOME SOUND, CONSTANT "RUN". I have been buying Revain products for many years. I am very skeptical and suspicious of YOU (AMAZON); I STRONGLY WARNING ANYONE READING THIS TO DO THE SAME. Yes, you're saving THROUGH AMAZON, but are you really doing it? I solved the problem by buying the same product through our local NAPA store at a discount (yes I had to pay more), they respect the 1 year guarantee from date of purchase and they are local. To my satisfaction, I will work with myself to resolve this issue. I would like to return this item for another.
