I'm an artist and I wear this apron for various activities where I can get dirty. I wore this while painting and also while throwing pots at the wheel. The fabric is very durable. It adjusts around the neck so you can control how high or low it sits on you and is large enough to cover you where you need it. It also has a couple of pockets that will come in handy. Washing instructions were a bit strange. I can't remember exactly what it said since I cut off the tag, but I remember it was something delicate like hand wash or dry clean. I thought it was complete nonsense since it's a denim apron. When it came time to clean it, I tossed it in the washer and dryer along with the rest of my jeans and towels and it came out just fine, so you can ignore any reservations you might have about the washing instructions . Overall I am very happy with this apron. I recommend it to absolutely everyone.
