This TV cover does the job well! It covers my outdoor TV sufficiently and protects it from bad weather. The front flap attaches to each side of the TV with Velcro, so it forms a good seal to keep most of the moisture and dust out. There is a small gap at the top where the Velcro begins. Although mine is under a canopy. If you don't have a TV cover I'm not sure if any type of cover will protect it from rain unless you make one. The rear flap, which contains the mount, is also attached with Velcro around the entire perimeter. There is an 8 inch (approximately) diameter round cutout for a mounting bracket with a flap to close. My tie comes in with a shoulder in the middle so it doesn't completely cover it. I can cut out where the hand enters to allow the flap to come down and cover that part. Now it's just on hand. The back panel also has 2 holes top to bottom for attaching a larger double shackle and the bottom of the circle is attached with velcro so you can place it on top of the shackle. Check valve. When attached, it also has a gap on each side. I live in Texas so having a few open areas allows for good ventilation so the TV doesn't overheat, so that doesn't bother me. All in all, this is an excellent cover. I've looked through everything I found on Revain and haven't found a better design. I wish the front flap was attached to the bottom so it could be pulled down to watch TV instead of being lifted. Mine is set too high to easily open and fold back without a stool or one of my 6'6 giants.
