We bought this chair in April 2020. If I had written our review sooner I would have given it 5 stars. As it turned out, after it started blistering, the seat's smooth surface began to peel off. I contacted the company as I saw the replacement was still under warranty, thought it was a simple request. After sharing photos, they determined that the panel coming off the seat was not an insured claim and began blaming us for the problem. Please note I have posted pictures of 3 other seats in our home and also our baths and showers that have no issues from other manufacturers, this is the only issue (all other fixtures are 5 years old and older, they always look still looks like new). ). If you don't mind spending a few hundred dollars on something that looks good for about 8 months without customer support or with a company that doesn't support their product, this article is for you!
