OEM Screws for US Standard Cartridge
The screws are OEM replacements for the three screws that hold the faucet cartridge in place. They rarely need to be replaced as they don't get wet. The faucet has an internal leak that has corroded them, that's the only reason you need them. If you're replacing them, you might want to invest in a cartridge gasket kit, and also because removing the old screws can cause that the seals break or become misaligned .
