Damaged and defective
The product arrived damaged with chips/slivers in places. The supplied "SCREW Aβ (not commercially available and NOT included with additional accessories) is damaged and cannot be screwed in properly. The "back" alignment will NOT be flush to one side, so it's skewed. As I understand it, because things are shipped to us then we should expect chips and dents in places, but for hardware and connectors. I feel like it should have been tested with an extra OR maybe just to make sure it isn't defective. I can't send it back, too much trouble, now we have to do it together with MacGyver.
