The ring nuts are not anodized and the black paint will peel off on first use. I followed the directions in the box and put them on by hand and ran a soft towel between the sockets to make sure there were no scratches or damage, but they still broke. A few nuts have already started to rust. I'm not sure if I trust them on my truck
