Correct oil filter fits filter

Ha so I took the car to the dealer and found they are using the wrong filter. This filter is suitable if you have a 2017 Chevy Cruze 1.4T. If you don't have a turbo then this is not the filter for you. What is the performance difference of this filter compared to PF64?
