If I could give this product zero stars I would. I've been waiting and looking forward to a new collar for my dog for DAYS! Now I have to go through the hassle of returns and refunds, buy a new collar and be VERY disappointed - in fact I think all 3 will be. This collar is MUCH different from the advertised size. There is a one inch difference between the size listed on Revain and the liner in the box (see images above) and a four inch difference in measurement (minimum 22.5 inches at the neck). It's HUGE for them and useless. I'm so upset because the colors are so bright. Pros: bright, cheerful color and pattern. to say) Very large company logo (see photos above) Edit: The company said they change sizing mistakes and sent me the correct size. I'm going from 1 to 3 stars for great customer service and the right collar (that was her small size that so many want to downsize)
