The white shirt was under the blue shirt and the storage and printing on the shorts has shifted the blur to the buttoned white shirt. The shirt is not stable because after several washes the blue circles do not come out. If you even look at the shirt, it will stretch. If you have something that can cause friction on your shirt, it will stretch. I only wear mine with polymer feather jackets to avoid tension and don't wear them alone to avoid tension.
