They were sealed in a clear plastic bag and shipped normally, no damage on arrival. This is exactly what I buy at my local grocery store. We prepare coffee and loose tea by using a small strainer over a cup and pouring the contents into a filter paper and then onto the strainer and pouring boiling water from the kettle over it. This might seem like a tedious process, but it's fast, clean, and efficient for our needs. Overall glad I found them by stumbling across them.
