Review on 🍹 Oster 6-Cup Glass Jar Beehive Blender, Brushed Stainless Steel with 2-Speeds - Model 4093-008 by Nicole Jones

I have used this blender to make bulletproof coffee and 3 or 4 times the bottom lid unscrewed while the blender was running and the coffee poured into the whole kitchen splashed. When I called Auster after a 40 minute wait, I was told not to mix hot liquids. I then pointed out that the manual has instructions for mixing hot liquids and precautions to ensure steam escapes. At this point I was told that you can't mix liquids with temperatures above 120 degrees, although the manual doesn't say so. (Note: No vapor will come out at this temperature!) When I told them this was misleading, they gave me no apology and still no explanation as to why the bottom cap had come loose. The boss literally told me that she had no idea why this happened and offered no solution to the problem. So much for customer service and responsibility for your product! I will never buy another product from Oster if they treat their customers like this! Revane was much more helpful when I called her, although it wasn't her fault.
