Review on HealSmart 18 Inch Wall Mount Fan with 90° Oscillation - 5 Speeds, Black, 1-Pack by Cheryl Wang

I received this fan a week ago when I sent it in and looked at the instructions and parts it doesn't look like it will work. Part of the fan is located in the base plate. Know fastens the two pieces together. But in my case, the knowledge turns weak. It doesn't go through the metal core of the base. And it doesn't screw tightly into the other end, so it's useless. I'll be back before I poke some holes in my walls only to find I don't have the parts I need.
